RELEASE your stress, RECENTER your energy, RECHARGE your batteries
by Kiran Chugani & A City for Her #acityforher
Living in a big city can be stressful.
It’s all a balancing act and more often than not we push ourselves to our limits.
We can’t banish stress from our lives but we can certainly learn how to manage it.
How do you face your stress and blockages?
What if you could leave, with a magic box of tools that you could go home with tonight, to allow your body to release tensions/stress, recenter your energies and recharge your batteries?
During the workshop we will go through a series of simple exercises that allow the body to calm, evacuate and boost up your energies.
Plus a quick introduction to 7 different essential oils and their energetic properties to diffuse in your own homes.
The workshop will end with a priming exercise that brings everything we talk about together.

About me, Kiran Chugani
I am an Osteotherapist and i also do Energy Work. I’ve been doing this work for the past 15 years. I have a practice here in Paris and in Casablanca, Morocco (where i spend a week every month). Energy work consists of releasing triggers and impressions that are embedded in us and condition our behavior, thoughts and perspective on what is possible in our life. Energy work is a holistic approach to finding inner balance as it works on every level of your being (physical, emotional and mental).
