In this fast-paced, interactive, 90 minute masterclass, participants will learn:
- Which gender stereotypes impact negotiation, and how to overcome that bias
- What negotiation really is, and why it’s a must as a professional
- How to apply the Make The Ask negotiation method to achieve their goals
The Masterclass includes a case study to put new skills into practice immediately, and to serve as a springboard for discussion during a networking period. In addition to a group Q&A, I will be available after the event to provide guidance 1-on-1.
A summary worksheet for the participants will be provided.
