Goals, Progress, and Unapologetically You! (Part 1), by Breese Stevens

“Okay, this is the year I am going to kick-ass; this is the year I am going to take control.”

The “grandes vacances” are behind you; your optimism is high; your intentions are in place.

You had promised yourself that you would have the courage to step up and do things differently this year.

Only to come to this time of the year and feel like the year is slipping away from you.

Here is the good news: it’s not that you can’t follow through on your intentions; it’s that you lack a plan that turns intentions into action.

You don’t need more intentions; you need a better plan.

Having a plan will give you a huge advantage over letting this year end without results.

Come join us to learn how goals, confidence and action are essential elements to making the necessary changes for the life you keep wishing for. If you are planning to take control of this year, you must start now by learning principles and techniques to put into action immediately.

In this workshop, I will guide you in constructing a plan for success. You will learn:

  • The main purpose of goals
  • How to use goals as tools for change
  • How to make your goals act as a magnet to pull you through distractions and mental hurdles

Preparation: I highly recommend that you give some thought to the kind of progress you are looking to make in your life right now. This will make the plan during the workshop ‘the real deal’ and not just theory. You can also set goals and bring them with you to work on further. Come prepared to learn, work, and take notes. Please bring pen and paper, or your laptop, tablet or other device.

Please note: It is recommended that you attend both sessions of this workshop series as you will benefit from working on your success plan during Part 1 and reinforcing your action-taking in Part 2. However, if you are able to attend only one session, you will still benefit as you will be able to use the guidebook of either session to set your goals and put them into action.
